part of story #26799 associate a Tuleap project and a GitLab group No functional change expected in both apps: - you can still create a branch in a GitLab repository from an artifact - you can still see an empty state in Git administration GitLab group link tab - no functional change in other apps built with vite (assets should still be loaded). Notes: The two apps are split because there were Type conflicts between them. It also makes it easier to bump their dependencies individually and generally to manage them.
