request #14409: Memory limit exhausted while uploading Git LFS
The memory exhaustion was caused by a PHP bug [0] that has been fixed in PHP 7.3.15. To avoid painful debugging sessions with users not keeping their systems up to date, the minimal version of PHP required by Tuleap is raised to 7.3.15.
