Close request #31115 Add some missing logrotate
When debugging some errors using the Tuleap log files, it can be quite hard to find usefull information in a log file that is never rotated and have multiple years of logs. Identified files are: * Project XML import/export logs files * SVN multiple repositories log file Change-Id: I5c536c4453a446fd5e56422e096952de9ff53c4c
