ONLYOFFICE can be opened in edit mode

The following conditions are required for it to happen: * feature flag must be enabled (`tuleap config-set feature_flag_onlyoffice_edit_document 1`) * user must be able to write the document * a filename pattern must not be enforced in the project At this time ONLYOFFICE is opened in edit mode but modification cannot be saved back into Tuleap.
