Part of story #18336: add support of markdown Issue introduced by 518ac368b65790f19238c3e5a72127d52d1eaf34 How to test: - As project member, edit an existing artifact. You can add a new follow-up comment and change the format of the textarea. - Duplicate this artifact. There is no "new follow-up textarea" and no JS error in the console. - Show the artifact in "print view" by adding "&pv=1". The textarea is present and you can change its format. - same with "&pv=2" - As anonymous, browse an existing artifact. There is no JS error in the console. Notes: Even when the textarea is present and I have permission to edit (I'm not anonymous), `isContentEditable` returns false... Change-Id: I64fb55c0b4adff695957bd6d5ba26bd93a82c36b
