Add a direct link to the tracker hierarchy from the triggers definition tab

The goal is to make a bit more obvious that the triggers definitions and the tracker hierarchy are linked together. This is part of request #13459: Removing a child tracker should not be possible when the tracker is implicated in workflow trigger rules Change-Id: I041e7f6d4d680d590c6cae5afdd6e1a8c7fc94c5
