Colors have been updated so the contrasts are now >= 4.5 on major parts of the interface. Because orange theme can't be updated because of the official Tuleap logo, it's not as accessible as the others. Change-Id: I46f40ee98965ada0edbe7ed649bbd0b2b59f9812
