request #7796: Unable to configure tracker v5 default templates
Now we add a link in admin » configuration panel in order to be able to update default templates. In addition to that, if the tracker v3 is not used (fresh install) then the link to v3 templates is not anymore displayed. Change-Id: I9a9c01f14cd4eafc48eccb537de48e863d46935a
