Add File field to test exec template

In order to be able to paste images in test comment box, the test exec tracker must have a File field. To test, `make generate-templates[-docker]`, then on a new AgileALM project or after a Start TTM, you can go to trackers » Test Execution » Create a new test_exec. => You are able to DnD or copy/paste an image.
