part of story #20111 change features priority How to test: - Set up a Program Increment with two Features planned in it. Write down the features' artifact ID - Edit your database manually and switch the ranks of your features in tracker_artifact_priority_rank. Using the artifact IDs, you can find out the ranks - go to the Program planning UI. When you click to expand a Program Increment, the order of the features should match the ranks order (smaller rank at the top, higher rank at the bottom) Change-Id: I2c1c5dffdd44f28a036fed04972d3192e5f6c6fb
