Closes request #30360: Drop custom Nix fetcher `fetchgitlfs`

Our custom fetcher `fetchgitlfs` is no more needed, using `fetchgit` with `fetchLFS = true` works fine. Hash have been updated to the SRI format while checking if the expected data were retrieved. No changes expected, `cvs-tuleap` and `mailman-tuleap` RPMs can still be fetched. Change-Id: Iff0eb2f87d61e2ce87e6adf3c20f7e2b2479b8f3
