In order to test this contribution, you should access the SpecialPages page of your wiki like: https://tuleap-web.tuleap-aio-dev.docker/mediawiki/gpig/Special:SpecialPages There, you should not be able to create a new user account. You can either rebuild the package or patch manually /usr/share/mediawiki-tuleap-flavor/LocalSettings.Tuleap.php to test this contribution. Change-Id: I913d4bc95856ef7ad1e7f2906c2942c530f8d9b5
