This is part of story #26802 have smart commit with Tuleap Git To use the new version, you have to rebuild your image: * Remove the previous container (docker rm tuleap_gitlab_1) * build the new tuleap_gitlab image (docker-compose up --build -d gitlab) * run the new image in a new container in order to have the upgrade running (make start-gitlab) Change-Id: I8aa3342492469db22cd1fe1139301432df5ee223
