Part of request #13473 Artifact modal is never localized How to test: - When you set your user language to "Français" in your profile and you open the artifact modal in Test Management, strings are localized in French. - Strings are still localized in Test Management app. Change-Id: I63a8176bdcac8b96bee77e98a431026e7e7e93dd
