part of request #29264 Split the build of tracker plugin frontend assets into multiple apps How to test: - Set up a Cardwall renderer for a tracker report - Add the renderer as a widget to a project dashboard - When you browse the project dashboard, there is no Error 500, the tracker FlamingParrot styles are loaded - Go to a Tracker administration > Workflow > Tuleap Functions.
