request #14520: Merge the specfile of the Enterprise plugins into the main specfiles
Goals of this contribution are: * less boilerplate for building the packages * easier to maintain * bring stability in the Enterprise repository built on top the Git master The build_and_run_packages.sh script also gains an option to build the Enterprise packages.
