request #13709 Reduce log noise from webpack style configurations
No functional change expected. For all style-related configurations (themes), webpack should now only log: - actual emitted assets with their name and hash - asset disk sizes - whether they are larger than the performance max asset size (default 244KiB) - Duration of the compilation Change-Id: I7a21b8c7ce7e5b7ef1b45e1a6e4235143d768cf2
