refactor: introduce main_class in HeaderConfiguration

This is the pendant of body_class. Whenever possible HeaderConfiguration has been introduced with this new parameter. No functional changes. Note: FlamingParrot is not updated, I didn't find any places where it is used in combination with HeaderConfiguration.
