request #10786: Plugins that are built only for Tuleap Enterprise does not take into account the current release number
This contribution allows you to set the release number as an environnement variable when you call the build-rpm.sh script of a plugin. When not set, the release id 1 is used as it is currently the case. Change-Id: I0f6c28e09b331426caf0451df39f9ddba5473528
