part of story #32280 Complete the "move artifact" feature Why: In commit 6f7fffdc62917db06942a8160628542429f6d544 We changed the pattern of extending FieldValueDao to implementing interfaces This enable us to move field value object to EasyDB with a limited scope As it was introduced on encrypted_field deprecated plugin, we decided to convert an other random field to EasyDB to be sure to don't lose the pattern and interfaces we introduced Change-Id: I6f6a9630c2e036f7a5bed1d1fea2572cf488dc47
