Remove z-index on add in place button

This z-index seems to be a leftover from earlier attempt with absolute positionning. It should be removed, else it may appear above the taskboard header when we scroll in big columns. Part of story #14286: Finish add in place Change-Id: I0f79e2052c1ffa9ede57d77def4a070c9c625d7a
