Includes the fix for CVE-2023-34092. See https://github.com/postcss/postcss/blob/8.4.25/CHANGELOG.md vitest has been upgraded to 0.33.0 (from 0.29.3) to avoid some edge cases with having too much difference between Vite and Vitest.
