Fix SystemEventProcessManagerTest test not working as expected

The test fails when the testsuite is executed by a user with high privileges (it's the case when using `make phpunit-docker-7x`). The file created by the test should never be created on a real filesystem. This is part of request #13394 tuleap-aio should run on centos7 Change-Id: Iae15fc613405be1d6a525105c4e09c3df77b514e
