request #13151: Upload of large file using the tus protocol can not be restarted in a dev environnement
A Tuleap dev should be able to try a partial upload of a large file. To do that such requests should not be buffered at the reverse proxy level. Do not forget to reload/restart the reverse proxy to tets this contribution. Change-Id: I523de61212666eaa9c7d7594dfae2330dbb07302
