The previous method used (getUserByIdentifier) does not work in this context because we don't provide data like ldapCn:user_name So we now use a method that search user through LDAP and then Tuleap database by the username provided by SVN operation hook. Change-Id: I5d30109834714085f905705dbcef2f57331ae519
