request #9978: Improve concurrency by freeing session lock for widget and sparkline requests
This is a small and non risky contribution to start solving the issue. This a first step that only improve the behavior on restrained parts of the codebase, something more global will be done later. Change-Id: I0ffc934f6af37e856b3a90b29bc021a80a09730d
