Part of request #12687 Upgrade dev dependencies January 2019 edition How to test: - No functional change expected in Tuleap. Tuleap assets are still built. Webpack switched its default minifier from "uglify-es" (unmaintained) to "terser". Since "terser" is a fork from "uglify-es", it should be compatible and things should be okay. Change-Id: I3c7190c6eada1b8128bd24aace836d56c4d1e6b1
