request #11843: Fatal error on Mediawiki page when syntax hightlight extension is used and Git plugin is active

Due to a conflict between the GeSHI version used in Git plugin and the one used in Mediawiki extension SyntaxHighlight, the Mediawiki extension breaks when the Git plugin is active. This contribution downgrade the version of GeSHI used in GitPHP until we can patch the Mediawiki extension. Change-Id: I656badc196f1e5d7f5a32af3dd703f96fbf7853f
