Since I9c53ebd3d4ac22f333e20a34eed2f40b67ca2caa Xml import does no longer enable services from default (100) template. Alll services must explicitly be defined in the xml. How to test make tests_cypress check results in <tuleap_workspace>/test_tesults_e2e_full => no error Change-Id: I0953f0341290f6f17666c8bde98e5c0d3081dc78
