How to test: - Without this patch, forge your DB: In tracker_changeset_value_int set the value to NULL for the last changeset of the "Time" field of a TTM Test execution - In Test Management, browse to the campaign of the test execution - You will see an infinite spinner and the REST route /testmanagement_campaigns/1861/testmanagement_executions will fail With this patch, the REST route succeeds.
