request #10860: Enlarge your max_input_vars
max_input_vars must be defined in the tuleap pool, since it cannot be modified at runtime. Furthermore the value does not concern only git plugin, trackers need it (e.g when there is many values defined in a list field). Change-Id: I2e1a450230313e3547c5f500364269ae8e5db030
