Part of story #12187 configure workflow pre & post actions at target state level How to test: go to /plugins/tracker/workflow/{tracker_id}/transitions, create some transitions and then, try to remove them by clicking on arraow. --> A spinner is show during operation --> All actions are also disabled --> Transition is removed --> The spinner is removed and actions are enabled again Now, try to remove a transition with old page (/plugins/tracker/?tracker={tracker_id}&func=admin-workflow-transitions) before removing the same transition with new page. --> An error message is shown in page banner --> The transition is still here Change-Id: Ibda59d9d83a9e04dd8167004177c9a2ccbfc039f
