Misleading label on the preview button in ArtifactLink

Fix request #12339: Artifact Link field: not all artifacts are linked Since its introduction, the button in artifact link field that allows to preview added links is not well labeled. [+ Add artifacts] should be replaced by [Preview]. This will mitigate the risk of users trying to add artifacts one by one. By the way, closing tag was misplaced and was causing weird rendering.
