Brings back tests of weird behavior

In git #tuleap/stable/c9b0a4af07dccb67e224031337cf1cdbb9fa968b, those tests were removed because behavior does not make sense: if no start date, then I should not start in 1970. However instead of simply removing the test we should remove the faulty behaviors. This will be done in a dedicated changeset. Part of story #12537: configure my burndown/up & sprint with a start date & end date Change-Id: Ie255277fcbf294c70a9ba617c7924f8708957618
