request #9716: Do not mix traces in tuleap syslog

When you browse traces added in /var/log/tuleap/codendi_syslog, it is sometimes hard to determine those that are relevant to the current investigation, knowing that many requests can occur in parallel. The solution proposed here is to include the current process id in the traces. Change-Id: Id23602af437fcb9b8ced925f83161cf800f6fab2
