Deal with deleted LDAP group

This is part of story #9396 have project members automatically synchronized with LDAP If project members are binded on a deleted LDAP ugroups, nothing is done during daily synchronization. In addition, ldap_search raises a warning if the DN does not exist. This warning is now removed. Change-Id: I425c2c540944c91c1245d4e2c2ed52b780709311
