request #10816: Adding a new widget is painfully slow when the user has access to CI jobs with empty name
To reproduce the issue: 1. Add a few broken continuous integration jobs in a project 2. Go to your personnal dashboard 3. Add a new widget to one of your dashboard This contribution now considers that if the HudsonJob object has been given a name, this name is used instead of trying to request it again.
