request #9547: Can't upload file releases
Even when ftp_frs_dir_prefix is single quoted in the local.inc, we should be able to upload new file in the FRS. To test, do not forget to redeploy fileforge.pl to /usr/lib/tuleap/bin/fileforge Change-Id: Ia53e198ce5e6083dff70505802cd1b15fd962b48
