request #14785 Can't submit after artifact concurrent edition
How to test: - Open two tabs with different user sessions - Go to the same artifact - With one of the users, do some changes, then submit - With the other one, edit the artifact, then submit --> Concurrent edition notification - Acknowledge the notificationt --> Submission buttons are clickable again. --> Submit submits --> Submit and stay submits and makes you stay on the artifact Also, the submit buttons do not hide the comments editor anymore.
