part of request #14150 Get rid of SimpleTest Partial mock of Tracker_FormElement_Field_Computed everywhere make the Whole file migration tricky. I choose to move the tests of function getComputedValue directly into FieldCalculatorTest, it's easier to follow what I'm testing Change-Id: I3705a86d7dec61d53cd106e727e9f33b717cb4c2
