request #15123: Clipboard change should not be propagated cross-projects
As the cut/copy/paste of an item is not possible between different projects the UI should not give wrong information to the users and let them believe it's possible. Reproduction scenario: 1. Open the document UI of 2 different projects in 2 tabs of the same browser 2. Copy an item in tab A 3. In tab B the UI tells you it is possible to paste the item copied in tab A when in fact it is not possible Change-Id: I5013f86520a25e47bc4a84dfabe4034e71b2c4cd
