Fix request #31203 Wrong pagination in cross tracker widget
Given a cross tracker widget where the user does not have the permission to see all the matching artifacts, the pagination is not well handled and some results can be displayed multiple time when clicking on load more How to test ----------- * Have a cross tracker widget with multiple trackers * In these trackers, have artifacts not visible for the user * As a user not adminsitrator, go this widget and perform the query => When the user clicks on "Load more", there are no duplicate.
