All elements should be accessible when navigating with the keyboard in Documents service
Prerequisite to story #17070: Have keyboard shortcuts in Documents service Elements that can be reached and clicked with a mouse should be so with a keyboard: * Dropdowns elements * Quicklook button * Folder row toggle button * Empty files options Note: * Dropdowns menu-items that open a modal have been changed to <button> to allow "keyboard click" and for semantic reasons. * Dropdown opening method has been changed to allow keyboard access. * Folder toggle button has been made darker to enhance visibility on focus.
