Update PHP-DI to 6.3.0

This version brings PHP 8.0 support [0]. This means that unit tests of this plugin can now be executed with PHP 8.0 without issues (if you make abstraction of the more global issue of our test suite with the deprecation of \libxml_disable_entity_loader()). This can be verified with `make tests-unit-php PHP_VERSION=80 FILES=plugins/baseline/tests/unit/`.
