request #23411: .tab files analyzer does not work correctly on the NixOS-based CI agents

The script has been modified to remove hardcoded paths and it is now executed inside a Docker container to avoid too much dependency on the agent environment. The stage should not show errors anymore. Change-Id: I4ce3f9de24abfb49d1962f1c204d6668a5a8fc28
