Part of story #26799 associate a Tuleap project and a GitLab group How to test: - Either complete the wizard or call the POST REST route manually to link a Project and a Group. - When you go to the Git Administration tab, there is only the "Unlink" button. Notes: All other buttons are not functional and should therefore not be shown so as not to confuse users. Change-Id: I8f0c39ef9f175aaa47da79841baec1f4bb084777
