Server errors when doing SVN operations and using the APR authentication cache

All SVN accesses ends up with a server error when the APR cache is used. The issue has been caused by commit introduced by 937cabf79a8b86e4749a1ba2de3d9d0d7306cde6 while fixing the issue introduced by 26cbef9a769815c23a2503826e137a1ef5067cb9. To test, you need to redeploy the Tuleap.pm file to /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Apache/Tuleap.pm and restart Apache.
