request #10138: The default gitolite configuration does not let codendiadm access to the repos
In the real world is not really an issue because the gitolite.conf file will be regenerated with these rights when the first repo is created. However, it is more consistent to have the templates and the original configuration in sync. It helps when you try to debug something. Change-Id: Ic7762c4e66ece8f21fac4aec9aff69b9bf78783c
