request #12805: Configuration file path is not properly given to the realtime server when started via the systemd unit

The command given to the ExecStart entry of a systemd unit are not executed within a shell context, therefore the " characters add added to the config path. To render a string "safe" in a systemd unit context, systemd-escape should be used if necessary. Change-Id: Ide9624c4f6883811513f9532317412d3abc29980
