request #11441: chkconfig can not be used to enable the tuleap service at boot

To test you need to redeploy the init file in /etc/init.d. Once done, you will be able to use command like chkconfig tuleap on to enable the tuleap service on boot (it will be visible with chkconfig --list). Change-Id: Iad8eae56a1c0b93a612d6000197a505b45f9f1f3
